Clear information on estimates, fees and payment for your treatment
If a treatment is expected to cost more than EUR 250, you will receive an estimate upfront, which you can submit to your insurer if you wish. Our practice can make a provisional assessment of how much your healthcare insurer would reimburse for the proposed treatment. For certain treatments, we will ask your insurer to authorise in advance. Our invoices are handled by a billing service. This means your claims are sent to your healthcare insurer first. You will then only need to pay any personal contribution. Infomedics will send you an invoice for that. Queries about your invoice should be addressed to Infomedics.
